Shareholders

As per 11 August 2011 the following shareholders are known to have a holding of 5% or over in Boskalis :

• HAL Investments B.V.: 32.93%
• Delta Lloyd N.V.: 5.71%
• Mondrian Investment Partners Limited: 5.01%

Besides these large shareholders, an estimated 15% of stock is held by shareholders in the United States and Canada, 25% in the United Kingdom and the remainder in around a dozen other European countries, mainly in The Netherlands, France, Germany and Scandinavia.
