Trainee program

As a trainee with Boskalis/SMIT, you spend 2 years getting to know the company and the many facets of its operations. Together with fellow trainees, you learn to work in an international team on large onshore and offshore projects. You can go a long way as a trainee.

This calls for an enterprising spirit, which is not something that everyone has. Application procedure

Candidates are invited for an interview on the basis of their CV and a brief statement of their reasons for applying for the program. We look at whether you are right for Boskalis/SMIT and whether you have all the competences we are looking for, or the potential to develop them.
