I started at Boskalis in 2005 as a project engineer with the engineering consultant, Hydronamic. First at the Workability Desk, the group that deals with wave and weather conditions for our projects. From there, I moved on to a position as senior coastal engineer before being appointed deputy general manager of the department. During the interview for this testimonial, that was still my job. But things can change fast.

I recently started working as a manager in the tender and estimating department of Boskalis Offshore. My job there, with my team, is to make sure that more than 250 Boskalis Offshore tender applications a year are worked out neatly, and I supply the commercial area managers with the information they need to determine the commercial price.
