Sustainability is important to Boskalis. We want to contribute as much as we can to society, the environment and the wellbeing of our workforce.

Boskalis makes a sustainable contribution to society. By developing infrastructure all over the world we stimulate the economy, create jobs and improve social and safety conditions in various regions.
We are aware that the construction of maritime infrastructure can impact on the environment. We aim to mitigate this impact as much as possible by investing in technology and environmental knowledge. We are known for carrying out our work with great care.
The safety of those who work for and with us is always our top priority. To achieve our goal of an incident and accident-free working environment, we have launched the NINA safety program.
The program, developed in cooperation with Boskalis staff, is based on the vision statement issued by the senior management. This vision statement is supported by five core values and five rules.
